Visit the iLearn Updates area to get information about iLearn's status. You will soon be able to sign up to receive notifications in one or more categories via e-mail and RSS feed.
These categories include:
- Emergency: Notifications sent out when users cannot reach iLearn due to campus-wide issues (e.g., power outages, network outages, or authentication issues) or iLearn-specific issues (e.g., maintenance windows, upgrade downtimes). For planned outages, the notifications will be sent out in advance whenever possible.
- Training: Notifications sent out when new workshops are offered or to share updates about web-based training modules
- Changes: Notifications sent out about recent and upcoming changes to the iLearn system. Includes changes from regular, bi-weekly builds and bi-annual upgrades.
- Opportunities: Notifications sent out to notify users when they can participate in user testing, contribute feedback, or share teaching and learning experiences with iLearn.
- General: Notifications sent out about other important iLearn-related issues.
